Epsom Salts are a natural solution to aid recovery for a fit and healthy body. This purified mineral is ideal for muscle relaxation, sports recovery and renouned for detoxifying and revitalising. A fabulous way to ease stress and relax the body, relieve pain and muscle cramps.
Add to a hot bath for soothing muscles (which require a great deal of magnesium to stay healthy and relaxed). Can be used as a natural exfoliator or a nutrient for house plants.
Made of pure magnesium sulfate, Epsom salts get their name from the town of Epsom in Surrey, where it was originally discovered. Now produced in Northern Europe.

Uses:
– Soak in warm bath and relax.
– Exfoliate dead skin – mix a handful of Epsom salt with a tablespoon olive oil and rub on wet skin. Rinse.
– Clean: add to DIY cleaning recipes for natural cleaning and to remove detergent build-up in washing machines.
– Nutrients for house plants – sprinkle slats on your plants.

Ecodis was founded in 2000 in Brittany, France, employing 40+ people and specialising in designing and distributing eco products under several trademarks, including La Droguerie Ecologique and Anae, both available at OneStep. Ecodis are fully committed to using raw materials that are eco-friendly and wherever possible, sourced locally in France or Western Europe for a limited impact on the environment. Around half a percent of Ecodis turnover is allocated each year to projects supporting people in distress in France or to solidarity based and ecological projects abroad.
