oneStep shipping & returns
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and/or Weengs and should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. If you would like oneStep to send your order guaranteed next day delivery, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for this and we will use reasonable endeavours to do so.
If you are likely to be away from home when your parcel arrives, please provide alternative delivery instructions in the comments box at the time you place your order.
Postage is charged in accordance with the weight of your order. Postage cost will be clearly indicated when you check out.
Orders under 2kg are charged £5.
Orders between 2kg and 5kg are charged £7.50.
Orders above 5kg are charged £10.
Orders above £65 are free regardless of their weight.
You can opt for free delivery if your order is above a value of £20 and (a) if you live in any London borough with a postcode starting with “TW” (by using the coupon LOCAL at checkout) or (b) if you wish to collect your order from one of oneStep’s regular popups (in Primrose Hill, Thames Ditton, Twickenham or Richmond, see details on the POPUPS & MARKETS page) (by using the coupon FREECOLLECTION at checkout). In both cases, if you opt for one of these free delivery options, please contact oneStep at email@example.com to arrange a delivery within 7 days of placing your order (in the case of (a) above) or at the next chosen popup (in the case of (b) above). Local deliveries will be regrouped and made at a time convenient to you and oneStep.
International deliveries are not available.
wrapping & packing
We use either plastic-free packaging or plastic packaging reused from previously delivered packages. We reuse boxes from other suppliers wherever possible. Our delivery partner Weengs is also committed to packing everything for oneStep without plastic and avoiding any waste.

If an item is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, by notifying oneStep at email@example.com within two weeks of receipt of your order with the reason for the returns and a photo of the damaged/faulty item. We will then notify you on whether to return the damaged/faulty item to us and arrange for a refund or re-delivery as applicable. Your statutory rights shall not be affected.
oneStep is not responsible for delays or non-delivered items if the delivery information provided at the time of order is not fully accurate.
